Time in Hawaii

I was able to spend this last week in hawaii visiting my parents and two sisters. It was a great time, full of catching up and going to the beach. I was able to see my older sister Mary who I hadn't seen in two years, as well as attend my younger sisters college graduation party.
On my last day on the Island I went to the North Shore with my mom and two sisters. It was a blast ,went boogy boarding (pictured) while my family hung out and enjoyed the beach. Than we drove home, and stopped at a surfing joint and got some island food.
When I get a chance I'd like to acquire some more pictures of the family. My younger sister Theresa graduated from the University of Hawaii this December. I was blessed to be there for her grad/send off party. She will be doing 2 years with the peacecore in Madagascar, starting in February. The grad/send off party was a real highlight. It included singing by my dad, an educational slideshow of Madagascar(4th biggest Island in the world), and the community kids shared with "Mrs Theresa" things they have in common with her(she's babysat every one of these kids).
It's always nice to be back on Oahu. The branch there is doing well. I was able to share at an informal gathering about the missionaries, and our work. Which went really well, a small gathering of people came and were all very encouraged by the stories I told. I shared a lot about the summer in Indianapolis. Highlighting the fact that we didn't know what we were doing. The Lord really taught us as we went. Instructing us to teach and preach all that he had taught us. Glory to God. Continue to teach us Lord!
