Summer's coming

Holy Buckets!
It's been a long time since I posted.

We've been up to a ton of fun stuff here in Indy. The biggest thing in life recently has been a shift in what my daily pattern of life looks like. Most of ya'll know we've been doing some renovation on half of our duplex. We recently decided that we wanted to finish it before the summer got into full swing. This meant I dropped just about everything else I was doing and started working on the house full time. We've made some major progress. Here's some photos to show ya'll what I mean.

This is a picture of the very early stages of work:

And here's a video of what it looks like now!

In other fun news, Abe Rus and I went out to Albuquerque, New Mexico for my brothers Sean and Patrick's birthdays. We also got to tour my dad's work and fly a jet simulator. Lots of fun. Oh, and who could forget the rock climbing we got to do in the Sandia's! (Pictures on my flickr account... )

I'm heading to Hot Springs, Arkansas tomorrow with Nick, Rus, Abe, Mike Wacker and Nathan Barrett. We're going to do some praying, summer planning, and resting. Going to be fun, Praise God.

'Till next time

The place looks great. Nice job.

Renovation

The dust of demolition
Swept away and in its place
The color of warmth and life.
God's glory in your callused hands fills the space.
